Power Plant Training Ltd is seeking to expand its network of Associate Trainers to support the delivery of specialist training programmes within the Energy from Waste, Power Generation, and Industrial Utilities sectors.

We are recognised for delivering high-quality, practical training that equips the workforce with essential knowledge and skills, enabling them to work safely and efficiently. As an Associate Trainer, you will contribute to our mission of raising standards across the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
  •  Deliver structured, professional training sessions to industry professionals
  •  Apply technical expertise to support knowledge transfer and skills development
  •  Tailor content to meet delegate needs and industry requirements
  •  Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and delivery quality

Requirements:
  •  Extensive operational or engineering experience within power generation, energy from waste, utilities, or related industries
  •  Previous experience in delivering training, coaching, or instruction (formal teaching qualifications advantageous)
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Commitment to upholding safety, compliance, and industry standards
