Our open course offering supports a selection of our course portfolio and is open to the public. The dates are scheduled annually each year and held at our facility. This option is most cost effective for clients with low demand or if they struggle with releasing the learners all at one time.

Our closed courses are delivered solely for a client and can be held at our facility or at a desired site to the client. We can deliver our generic courses, or develop a course more site specific. We recommend trying to fill these courses to make them more cost effective.

Yes, we can enhance the learner experience by providing the training at your site. The benefits are the practical element of the switching course will be on your HV Equipment so the learner will gain the underpinning knowledge of their site’s equipment and not a generic unit usually found on at a training facility. We will just require access to a space breaker.

Unfortunately, not at this current time. We have the experiences of working under City and Guilds guidelines and we do follow the standards of the process and assessments throughout what we do.

Yes, our trainers have the experience and knowledge to be able to develop a specific course to your needs. We have successfully developed a various of different courses. We will work with you to understand the learning aims and objectives for the learner and share with you the developed course for your approval.

We can support you and your teams with our Training Needs (analysis) process. We provide a 50 question (multi-choice) assessment, either by using our generic or a site-specific assessment. Our trainer will produce an analysis of everyone which contains a report against their strengths and weakness areas.

Yes, we offer accommodation on all our open course bookings. Our rate is Dinner, Bed and Breakfast and includes full use of the Gym and spa facilities, Wifi and free parking.
