Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be proficient in Wind Turbine HV/LV switching operations and well-versed in current Safety Legislation for HV & LV generation and networks. They will understand safety and access requirements for workplaces with HV & LV equipment and be familiar with switchgear designs and ratings.

Additionally, they will know how to produce switching schedules for safe HV & LV system operation and gain practical experience through both Bespoke and Open courses. Furthermore, they will be prepared for site Safety Rules Authorization, ensuring they can take on roles with high safety responsibility.

This course can either be delivered at our venues or your facility.

Assessment

The students could be already authorised under the site safety rules, or leading towards a site authorisation.
