Training Needs Analysis for Operational Team Members

Our client required assistance with establishing knowledge of their team to assist in their development. Also to arrange suitable training should it be required. The training needs analysis or knowledge assessment can be developed with site specific or generic type questions.

Challenges presented:

Cottam CDC sought a site-specific programme type of knowledge assessment, and we have collaborated with Uniper Cottam Development Centre to assess their team's current knowledge obtained onsite. We worked with Barry Mann to develop a set of site and scenario questions, which were integrated into an online system. On 10th February, the first group completed the assessment, and we compiled the results into an analysis of the team and individual strengths and weaknesses. With this data, site can identify areas requiring further training.
