Phil Crutchley and Shantelle Deller were asked to summarise the past two years. Phil reflected, "The journey has been thrilling and liberating, as we've taken control of our destiny. Despite the challenges of COVID and some disappointing cancellations, we've made a strong comeback and have been incredibly busy with course deliveries. The response has been overwhelming, and our reputation for customer-focused service has only grown. We've worked with fantastic people and companies, delivering training both internationally and in the UK.

I truly believe this is the best thing that's ever happened to me. I love my job, and I'm excited about the future as our company strives to set the standard for power plant training both in the UK and around the world."

Shantelle added ‘Since embarking on this journey with Phil in 2022, we have consistently grown stronger. I have dedicated many hours to the success of our business. This path has fostered my personal growth, expanded my industry knowledge, and frequently pushed me beyond my comfort zone. However, it's the customers who have truly enlivened this experience. Engaging with clients daily, comprehending the unique operations of each site, and devising solutions to provide their teams with the best possible options moving forward has been incredibly rewarding”.

Both also mentioned, "Our company is expanding, and we now have two full-time colleagues to assist Power Plant Training Ltd in reaching its full potential. We have set new goals for the upcoming years and believe that growth in each area will further enhance our identity."
